QUICK DIE CHANGE SYSTEM
SKY SERIES
- It is a single acting cylinder that can be
clamped by hydraulic pressure and
unclamped by dedicated spring for die.
- It is designed as Double Packing Technology.
- It is not necessary for die to have “U”slot
- It fits for Prevention of Die falling off if it
installs Slider on the upper part.
- Since the Air Cylinder can move
automatically it up to the Die for clamping.
- it mostly be installed on where the workers
difficultly move the Die.
- CHEON GI’s SK AUTO-CLAMP is an Automatic CLAMP that is combined KY HI-CLAMP and Air Cylinder.
- It has strength that can use it even if the Die is not fixed in size (but, T-Slots and Die’s U-Channel should be regular size.)
- It also does not have light weight and compact size, but also it is strongly fortified
- Your Die’s surface cannot be irregular changing that because It has wide area for Clamping the Die.
